Loved the cozy cottage vibe
Spent 4 nights in a one-bedroom cottage. Super clean, comfy beds, and a pullout sofa bed. The kitchen had everything we needed, like a dishwasher, oven, and coffee machine. Pool area was clean and nice, close to the beach and downtown spots. Keyless entry made check-in/out so simple!

Beautiful property with a great location
I had a lovely time enjoying the clean and spacious accommodations, and the close proximity to Newport's attractions made it super convenient for exploring. The heated bathroom floors were a nice touch too! However, the noise from neighboring rooms could be improved, as it did disrupt my relaxation at times.

The location here is fantastic, right near Newport Vineyards. The check-in process was easy and I appreciated the keyless entry. My studio had a cozy vibe with a private balcony where I enjoyed my morning coffee. The bathroom felt spa-like with nice amenities. The room itself was clean, bright, and had all the conveniences I needed. However, there were noise issues from adjacent rooms, especially from above. The thin walls really let in every sound, which was quite distracting. Additionally, the closet doors didn’t shut properly, and I found some of the light switches left me confused without a guide. I would still return, but hopefully get a top floor to avoid the noise.

I enjoyed the peace and quiet offered here. The private outdoor balcony was a great spot for morning coffee. I made use of the spa-like bathroom amenities which added to the comfort of the stay. The staff was helpful before my arrival.
The noise from adjacent rooms was noticeable, which affected the overall experience. There were times when check-in was unclear, causing some frustration.

It was just a smart choice for a walk in the evening with great value for money. The bed was somewhat comfortable and the sheets were good, making it easier to catch some sleep amidst the noise. If you can, opt for a room on the second floor to minimize disturbances.

Middletown's brewing scene is thriving! We hit up the local brewery within walking distance and the craft beers were top-notch. Plus, don’t sleep on the vineyard restaurant next door, the seafood was fresh, and the chowder was a must-try! On top of that, the cozy studio with a balcony made for a perfect sunrise coffee spot.
Now, it's not all sunshine and rainbows. The noise from upstairs was a real bummer. felt like we were living in a stomp contest. Then there's the tricky access from that busy highway, definitely not the easiest move in town!

The studio with a balcony offered fantastic decor and an exceptionally comfortable bed, making for a wonderful stay. The outdoor deck was perfect for relaxation, adding to the overall enjoyment. However, noise from adjacent rooms was a concern, affecting the quiet atmosphere. Additionally, check-in could be smoother, which somewhat detracted from the experience. I appreciated the nearby restaurants and easy access to local attractions.
